I am seeking it
I put all my gears
And then I hesitate
What if it’s a wrong path

It wants to learn some more

So here I say to myself

Taking actions is what helps
I do have desire to grow
And I feel passionate for the cause
And that’s all it takes

Somewhere between Mars and Jupiter
A planet Maldec was standing once with glory
But now it’s just a belt of rocks in space
A wrong turn in progress leading to sad ending story
Astronomical progress in science- they had
And so much materialistic prospects they enjoyed
The planet was thriving best as it can
With all the “ so called” progressive agendas on file
And stronger were those dreams which led to destruction
As goals became overwhelming than its own land
And one day with much greater awareness
They realized it’s destruction has unfortunately began
Same status is now what humans are sharing
In the beautiful planet we named as “ Earth”
Trees are gone and increased carbon emission
Leading to gruesome destruction of nature
Woman and man enjoy materialistic wealth
And all their progressive unattainable desires
And all they say with a pride in their eyes
Mankind’s progress is ahead of its time
The clock is ticking- tik-tok tik-tok
With whole earth ready to burn soon than you know
A flood and hurricane and heat wave and what not
On verge of destruction fast - not slow
Intelligent human - don’t ignore anymore
Get onboard together to save our planet
We are not special - if anything naive
Otherwise-Just like Maldec .. we are next

… 3 lifetimes back… She loved him. He loved her. It was an eternal love. They decided somewhere in that lifetime that “no matter what happens -we will always be together”. In this life , in next life -in each and every life.
… 2 lifetimes back: she had hard time finding husband. If she find someone, she may date him for a while and then leave him. He was unfortunately not born. And he and she had a contract.
… 1 lifetime back: he entered marriage as a bargain. Just to show society that he did what society was expecting. He never loved his wife. He treated her fairly. They even had kids. But he always felt lost. Searching for something.. some eternal happiness. She was unfortunately not born. And he and she had a contract.
… this lifetime: finally they found each other. So passionately in love. They dated and then got married. They both were over the moon. But as years passed they realized this is not the person they loved. In past two lifetimes lot had happened. Lot has changed. Their personalities are not the same. They brought their baggage of “ Karma” and there was no way out.
- be careful what you wish for. Loving someone to the moon and back is great. Just don’t tie up your soul with another. Free will is what we are here to experience.

She stayed in her seat with little apprehension. Being so young how she will be able to comprehend what is going on. Albeit she is teenager but she always felt so childish… everyone directing her and telling her how she should act. She remembered first incidence when she was maybe in her first grade. She went to her mother’s friend’s home. Her mom’s friend had made this awful tasting cake with zucchini. It was not even sweet. When this friend asked Maya how is the cake? She said it’s aweful. Everyone looked at her with surprise. Her mother’s friend even laughed and so did everyone around. But while driving back home her mom and dad were quiet. Then her dad said Maya, don’t say something like this. It’s not appropriate. Her Mom gave him backing. She said, “We should always behave properly and say good things about others. Others put so much efforts in what they do. It will be hard for you to make friends if you keep acting like this.You always talk with no filter”. Maya felt very weird. Why should she say something that she doesn’t agree with. The pattern continued. And now by the time of her teenage years she was able to say these white lies easily. Still all of her friendships so far we’re not much of any success. They were mostly superficial. These girls will talk about stuff that completely bored her.
Today her mom took her to read her Akashic records for some reason. . Her Mom believes in all this mumbo-jumbo. This lady is somehow going to “ fix” her. She still doesn’t know what. The whole thing was weird at best. But by now Maya has learned to keep her mouth shut and go with the flow.
As Maya came to visit me I felt this energy in her third chakra hidden inside shield of fear holding behind lot of stuff. As first pleasantries were done we came to the point of records. We went over a soul profile . Then came the most important part about misalignment. I asked Maya, does she speaks her truth? There is much misalignment in one of her most important gifts given to her by her soul. That is seeing and saying the things just the way they are. She needs to always speak up her mind. She should say things as she sees them. She is someone who is driven by her truth. Truth empowers her. She looked at her Mom. Her Mom was not convinced. “Ofcourse we should say our own truth but we cannot hurt other person’s feelings” said her mom. I said Ofcourse. We have to be careful and use our skillful speech. But especially for Maya, it is very important for her to stay and say her truth. Honesty and saying as it is will increase her happiness and will bring her lot of opportunities especially opportunities to make friends who can understand and accept her and she can make deeper friendships.
Maya was looking at the whole situation wide eyed. This was the last thing she was expecting. She was dreading for some kind of meditation or yoga as a homework or at worst some sky gazing but instead I was telling her just start speaking her own truth. How wonderful ! She already felt in alignment with her soul..Or whatever that is she thought. With a smile on her place she asked .. do you get all this information from sky?Now it was my turn to laugh.

Neena came to visit me in clinic for her lack of sleep. She said she is feeling stuck with inability to move forward. Investigating further, she stated she is married to her husband for 25 years and now kids are in college. She feels unappreciative. She took care of her family but was never got any respect from her in-laws and close relatives. Her kids ask her husband any career related advice and consider her good cook. Neena was frustrated stating she has double masters and if she wouldn't have stayed back at home to take care of family she would have reached heights in her career. She insisted that she is happy with what she did and has raised two wonderful boys. Yet the feeling of being stuck has never left her. Her intent for therapy was finding peace and improved sleep quality. Neena stated that she meditate regularly and has good exercise routine in place.
After putting appropriate intent for sound therapy session, I started assessing her chakras and meridians. Excess energy was found in earth element and depleted energy in the wood element. The overall drive to take action was gone and attitude of being a victim was set in. Her first three chakras along with fifth chakra were blocked.
After completing sound therapy session, Neena felt surge of energy. Balancing her chakras and adding element of wood energy gave her sense of purpose. I gave her sound therapy homework. I asked Neena if she wants to find out about her Soul strengths in Akashic records. She agreed.
Neena and I had Zoom session after 3 days. Here is what was found in records. Neena's soul group is intelligent and wise and is action driven. Her soul group is a deliberate decision maker. Neena;s strength is in her ability to manifest things. If she would have worked, if she would have taken action towards her own financial freedom, she would have been aligned with her soul strength. Neena interjected stating she is very proud of taking care of her kids and feels she has manifested her Karma beautifully. I insisted that this analysis is not for judging anyone. If she is happy with her choices then she can continue doing things that she feels appropriate. This is just a guidance. Neena calmed down. I also informed her that in her past life she has taken steps against her own desires to appease her parents for their wishes. This choice was not in alignment with her divine center's strength. And she is making such choices lifetime after lifetime. Being loving and kind towards family is great but she needs to take action and manifest. She can ether work to earn money or for charity. She has to have purpose in life that is fulfilling to her. Victimizations is set in as she wants to find someone else to blame for her inaction as that feels easy. But she always has a choice to choose and act. She will align herself towards her divine soul blueprint if she align her choices and act. Most important things is she has to act. only thinking and contemplating won't giver her results. And since we are in 3D universe, it is universe of Free Will. Nobody else can do things for us. We have to make choices and act ourselves.
Neena said that one of her friend is completely happy being a housewife. She gets much appreciation from her family members. I told Neena that each one of us has our own divine strengths. If we align ourselves with our actions we become happy. We attract abundance. We find peace and joy in things that we do. Her friend may have her energy center as a nurturer. When she nurtures she brings joy and happiness for herself and everyone around her.
Neena decided to work. Her area of interest was exercise and health sciences. She decided to become a Yoga teacher.
