It’s all good!

As Weekend afternoon rolls 

I step in my zen 

Essential oils and healing sounds

Massage rollers to entertain 

All weeks hard work 

Is melting into pure bliss

No judgments , no complaints 

Just stillness as I breath

Deep and relaxing stretches 

A gratitude filled in heart 

It’s all good , it’s all good

Universe is saying that
