In life's tranqil ocean
Serene with inner bliss
Balance and steady
Mind is at utmost peace

With time-change comes
Just like wildest wave
In the storm like these
Calm is the new brave

Steading this unhinged boat 
Like a courageous sailor
Deep-slow -meditative
Our  "Breath" is our Anchor
